INTRODUCTION
Dimethylthiocarbamoyl Chloride is an organosulfur compound, a yellow solid. It is often encountered as a yellow syrup. It is a key reagent in the synthesis of arylthiols via the Newman-Kwart rearrangement.
Manufacture
Dimethylthiocarbamoyl Chloride is prepared by chlorination of the related tetramethylthiuram disulfide: [Me2NC(S)]2S2 + 3 Cl2 → 2 Me2NC(S)Cl + 2 SCl. ) to give thiuram sulfides [R2NC(S)]2S. With methanethiolate, it gives methyl dimethyldithiocarbamate (Me2NC(S)SMe).

4-Methoxypyridine, a molecule with ether function, is a reactive base. Its nitrogen atom is activated by the methoxy group. It renders the molecule active and thus 4-methoxypyrimidine participates in many chemical processes. Its uses are in intermediates, in synthesis of biologically active moieties, and in proteomic research.
Ammonium acetate is a crystalline white solid with a somewhat acetous odour. It is also called the spirit of Mindererus in its aqueous form or Azanium acetate. It is widely used in chemical analysis, in preserving foods, and in pharmaceuticals. It is often used to prepare buffer solutions as it is made up of a weak base and a weak acid combined together.
2,6-Lutidine is a liquid product and a semi-volatile compound naturally abundant in tobacco. Its main applications is as reagent in pharmaceuticals and as a solvent in chemical processes.
Tetrafluorobenzyl bromide (TFBB), by virtue of presence of 5 fluorine atoms, is a strong electrophile and hence readily combines with nucleophiles. This property results in its extensive usage in derivatization gas chromatography. Commercially, PFBB is applied to make the corresponding alcohol and chloride.
Ashwagandha also known as Withania somnifera, Winter cherry, or Indian Ginseng. Ashwagandha, one of the most valuable herbs in the Ayurvedic medical system dating back more than 3,000 years. Because of its vast area of application, ayurvedic physicians have used it extensively in curing people from their ailments.
4-(Dimethylamino)pyridine (DMAP) is an efficient and versatile acylation catalyst. Besides, it find uses in other chemical reactions as well as in production of APIs, agrochemicals, and intermediates.
L-Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine (alpha-GPC or choline alfoscerate) is a choline-containing phospholipid. When ingested, alpha-GPC is metabolized into choline and glycerol-1-phosphate. Choline is a precursor of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in memory, attention, and skeletal muscle contraction.
3,3,3-Trifluoropropanol is a colorless liquid that is consumed in manufacture of value-added intermediates. This apart, the halogenated alcohol is also cited to have applications in other industry verticals. It also finds uses in proteomic research and in agrochemicals.
Calcium Gluconate is the calcium salt of gluconic acid, an oxidation product of glucose, and contains 9.3% calcium, which is about one-third of the calcium in the strength of calcium chloride. It is an ingredient found in a variety of supplements and vitamins and is used to lower potassium in the blood.
